Prefinished LP® SmartSide® Soffit
LP® SmartSide® Soffit is a great alternative to plywood or medium density overlay (MDO) soffit materials. Soffit products are available as either vented or non-vented. The vented panels feature a 1/8" slot which is large enough for proper airflow but small enough to keep bees and hornets out. The 12 inch, 16 inch, and 24-inch soffit boards are available in 16-foot lengths and can be trimmed to fit on site. For residential or commercial applications that require soffit panels to be wider than 24 inches there is a 4' x 8' cedar texture panel available.

The colors you see below are our most popular solid and stain color options. We are capable of producing these products in almost any solid or custom stain color you desire.
