We take the charm of Cedar bevel lap siding (also known as clapboard) and factory machine finish each board with this beautiful Dark Mahogany stain. The stain gives the wood a rich dark brown color with just a slight hint of red and still allows the natural wood texture to be seen. Factory applying the stain to all six sides provides protection against water and harmful UV rays from the sun. The oil in the stain penetrates the wood and protects more than just the surface of the board making it water repellent and provides a beautiful rich finish.
