Channel Rustic Siding is a wonderful alternative to traditional lap siding. This siding profile is a very versatile option as it can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally. The face of the board has a rough band sawn texture with a pronounced channel (usually around 1" wide) that provides a really nice shadow line effect. The overlap design allows for excellent weather protection and can be prefinished in a variety of colors. If you're looking for a great rustic look that will be different from other homes in your area this would be a great choice.

We take the charm of channel rustic Cedar siding and factory machine finish each board with this beautiful Bleaching stain. This specially formulated stain is designed to accelerate the natural weathering process of unfinished wood. In this formulation is a small amount of gray to give it a gray stained look but as the wood is exposed to the natural elements the color will change to a "natural driftwood gray color". Typically it will take 3-6 months for the finish to achieve a uniform weathered look. Factory applying the stain to all six sides provides protection against water and harmful UV rays from the sun.
